The Community Advancement Programs (CAP) was established in 2018.  CAP is a 501c(3), tax exempt, non profit organization, governed by a volunteer board of directors, which establishes and sets policy for the overall mangement and governing of CAP. The Community Advancement Programs is a community based non-profit business focused on physical, economic and educational development throughout the community resulting in expanded employment, economic prosperity and housing opportunities for all. We offer programs and services that assists individuals and families by providing meals, computer training, health related recreation, career planning, mentoring for young men and young women, counseling and before and after school programs, etc.
